I just received this, and have been through it once. It's Dylan's 36th studio recording released on February 3, 2015, again on Columbia Records. All the cuts are songs recorded previously by Frank Sinatra. None written by Dylan himself. I would be interested in hearing anyone else's opinion of it. There's an interesting interview of Dylan in this month's AARP magazine.
Here's a link to some commentary:

To each his own.
Bob’s motorcycle accident has finally taken its massive toll??
I disagree. The body of his work has changed no doubt, but he still has that magical sense to weave words into a melody. Even if only 5% of what he’s written is masterfull, in many ways above any other song writers, including the great American’s like Berlin, Porter, Rogers & Hammerstein etc. But to hear him he feels like he’s fallen short.
I think it was ‘78 or ‘79 when he released “Infidel”. After 9-11, I thought about buying it just to see what it was all about but I thought better of it and just downloaded it for free. The next day, I accidently deleted it but I never bothered to download it again.
"Indefensible" is how one might describe what people think they know about Dylan and/or his "politics".
Is that the accident when he fatally hit Paul McCartney’s car?
Ugh...that was AWFUL!
Paul’s Dead..I YAM the walrus!
the accident was a few decades ago I think he sort of disappeared for a few years during recovery.
it may have been shortly after the Blonde on Blonde album was released.in 1966
Probably not, but I'm still on the pavement thinkin' 'bout the government.
I love Bob Dylan singing Bob Dylan

“Got to Get You into My Life” is a song by the Beatles, first released in 1966 on the album Revolver. It was written by Paul McCartney, though officially credited to LennonMcCartney.
“I was alone, I took a ride, I didn’t know what I would find there...”
Faul (False Paul) claims now that it was about taking a pot trip.

Did Bob Dylans 1966 Motorcycle Crash Really Happen?
http://wzlx.cbslocal.com/2014/07/29/bob-dylan-motorcycle-accident-1966/
...The accident remains shrouded in mystery to this day: Did it happen at all? And if it did, how serious was it?
The true details of the accident may never come out, but whats now known is that Dylans eight years away from the road werent only to recover. Eventually he revealed that he used the accident as an excuse to get out of touring for a while and focus on his family....

I agree. I love his work from the past 15 years. And I miss Theme Time Radio so much. It was the reason I got XM radio.
The man has written some great songs over the decades. Gotta love Bob Dylan.
He’s more of a conservative than liberal in many ways, if you listen to his interviews.
...went to iTunes... listened to samples of every cut.
Hated it.
It’s melancholy and is not the style I’d like to hear from him.
I won’t be adding it to my collection.
But I WILL go listen to the “Slow Train Comin’” album again...and again!
And don’t misunderstand my point, Dylan sings Dylan songs just wonderfully. I’m old enough to remember them all.
