Since the manufacturing was indigenous to Texas and not off shored to there your stupid analogy is just that - stupid.
If it was “in the USA” before ... and it is forcibly taken out of the USA ... then, yes, people in the USA will probably demand it be repatrioted. I mean, if some manufacturing was forcibly taken out of the USA (as opposed to some business decision and lack of skilled workers here) ... I certainly will be demanding that a USA factory which was forcibly removed from the USA be returned to the USA! A lot of other people would, too!
