I heard that this morning also.

I also heard he had harassed the couple prior to killing them.

What is interesting to me is how he drove himself to another county and voluntarily turned himself in.

A little harsh. In those situations it's usually just necessary to shoot the driver.

I can confirm now that it was an on going dispute over a parking spot and the guy just lost it
