Well...a wind driven boat is barely be detectable on sonar. A glass boat is naturally stealthy against radar...hence radar reflectors. And cooking smell? Sushi!!!
Read the article. He’s talking about a boat that looks derelict in someone’s back yard, being used as a camoflage shelter. Not one actually in the water and can get away from land.
