According to the article, family members told TMZ that Jenner was trying to evade paparazzi. A field sobriety test was done on Jenner.

The link on Drudge takes you to photos at the moment of impact. Apparently this accident was caught on film. The photo still of the moment of impact clearly shows Jenner driving.

BTW, he looks like a guy.

Rear-ending a car and causing the death of the driver. Not good.
