Looks like one of his daughters was in the car with him. They seem to be unhurt.
The woman killed was pushed into the intersection by Jenner’s Escalade when he rearended it and her car was then hit by a Hummer

I bet in a a weeks time the loony left will be reporting it is the fault of the Hummer (and its driver) for driving such a wasteful gas-guzzling monster that mows down the innocent. After all, if the Hummer was a Prius then everyone would have survived, ergo, the fault of the Hummer. . .not the favored protected class (pre-op homosexuals are never guilty of anything).

Jenner claims he was being pursued by paparazzi at the time; TMZ has ground-level, moment-of-impact images on its website, so there may be something to Jenner’s claim.
