i think all of this “journalist’s” past claims, stories, etc.—personal and professional—need to come under scrutiny at this point.

With Islamic State having released a video of itself burning a man alive, and with our president then lecturing that Christians are no better because of ancient history, and further revealing himself to be a muslim by implication, I can no longer view my country as serious with discussion focusing on a liar.
And not only a liar, but a man who by his profession lies 100% of the time, all day, every day. I do not find it remarkable that he was caught in a lie or multiple lies, because lying is all he does.
What is remarkable is that America refuses to focus its limited attention span on an extremely serious threat, but in stead we focus on nonsense as usual.
We are no longer a serious country or a serious people.
We are a bad joke with no punch line.
And the sad truth is that Brian Williams is as relevant as America is in the year 2015, and that is not at all.

Yesterday, Brian and I spoke to the Nightly News team. And this morning at the Editorial Exchange, we both addressed the wider group. Brian apologized once again, and specifically expressed how sorry he is for the impact this has had on all of you and on this proud organization.

I can’t believe this is a big deal. All of the MSMers are BS artists. They are trying to compete with Comedy Central for viewers so they are winging it to attract younger viewers.
They should just Fine Brian enough of his Salary to payoff Reverend Al’s IRS Bill.
