I have no idea, but it isn’t the least bit impressive.
First of all, there’s not a scintilla of evidence that it happened without human intervention.
Second, it doesn’t resemble the miracles of Jesus, which were acts that showed his love for the people.
Give me a bone growing back overnight or a facial tumor disappearing overnight any day. (Cf. Our Lady of Lourdes.)
