Thats a wonderful miraculous story,we are led by Gods spirit when we humble ourselves to Him and we don’t even realise He is leading us until we get there
I have no idea, but it isn’t the least bit impressive.
First of all, there’s not a scintilla of evidence that it happened without human intervention.
Second, it doesn’t resemble the miracles of Jesus, which were acts that showed his love for the people.
Give me a bone growing back overnight or a facial tumor disappearing overnight any day. (Cf. Our Lady of Lourdes.)

I just broke down and watched. A Cross? Looks more like n x. As in x marks the spot.
Maybe there is gold buried there.
I’ve seen these—in a rectory kitchen.
I would propose there are personal revelations, meant to reflect on God, not to publicize and in essence say, “Look at me.”
Read the Bible. It’s the only inerrant and authoritative source for proven miracles. Any other source is more likely a HOAX or someone seeking to be noticed!
My favorite was the cinnamon bun that looked like Mother Teresa. I was disappointed in Mother Teresa when it turned out that she wasn’t amused.
