That’s along the lines of what the lefties used to say when the north Vietnamese would make our guys read confessions and such. Sometimes you can resist for a moment, sometimes you can’t, not all wounds are as visible as a black eye.
At first it looked odd but I really think he was trying to escape the heat. Like when you put your foot on a hot surface, pick it up and go to the other foot,you look like you are running, but he was probably out of his mind with fear and pain.
I do not know why he moved that way,but I don’t think he was performing.
