That’s probably it, but I knew about the women during WWII.

I just knew that my poor eyesight was going to prevent me from a lot of thing. And my astigmatism was horrendous...different direction in each eye!

By poor eyesight you mean you couldn’t hit a fly off a pig’s back unless it was closer than 200 yards?
