I hope your lunch was a success. I had a falling asleep incident.
I wanted to fall asleep. I still do, but I have to wait for a while. Last night wasn’t a good sleeping night.
The brunch was a success, as such things go, and it only took us about 25 minutes before we got a table. We had to do the mimosa thing, which is a tradition for us, but since I was driving, I had only one. Then I ate this horrendously hugh omelet.
We were out of there at noon, and there were two cars with no handicap plates or placards in handicap spots, and I got incensed by it, as usual. My standard curse to the offenders is that they will need the space some day, legitimately, and they won’t be able to use it because someone without one will be parked there. Sort of a self-perpetuating curse, as it were.
Wednesday, I’m going to have the tires rotated. Last time I did that, I had to buy a new spare. The one that was on there was from 1995...
My daughter’s youngest son and his wife have a new baby girl. He’s working three jobs and she’s not even going to school any more. I think there’s trouble brewing in that little family. No data on the birthdate or other particulars, so I’m in the dark, there.
