I don’t see how one could eat gooshy food that way without getting the paw sticky.
She does it, as the meat is shredded, but she is now very fastidious, and cleans every part of her that she can reach. She hides under the bed to clean her paws...
If I don’t go to Busdaddy’s to wash tomorrow, I will begin slowly introducing Sparkle to the living room with it’s plethora of sights, sounds and smells. Rather than toss her in, I will put her in her carrier and let her get used to the new atmosphere without short-circuiting her little abused self.
She has made enough progress, I think it’s time.
