Somehow, the thought of you enduring an Elen Driving Event is much harder for me to envision than a Tom or Bill Driving Event. It just seems to be a bit more — tense.
I am, however, glad it was somewhat uneventful.
Elen’s better than Bill, and I feel more secure in the new car, which is bigger than the purple car.
Kathleen got to come along. She seems to be feeling fine today, no digestive disasters yet.
Jake is lying on the cement outside the kitchen, and Tom the mockingbird is perched on the wind chime barking, “Jake! Jake!” I’m surprised he doesn’t also say “Mao,” since he’s heard it so much!
