Do you think we need to reschedule the visit? There’s always fall.
I don’t know that rescheduling will be the answer at this point. Surgery is booked four months out, and I can’t see my GP until May 20, to get a pre-surgical release with all it’s accompanying bloodwork and x-rays.
The second epidural is scheduled for April 13, and the follow up is April 27, and not much can be done between now and then. It’s pretty tight from that to the departure date, but I need to check on the trip protection I got to see what the penalties are for delaying the trip.
The doctor is concerned that I might do something to pinch my spinal cord before the hole can be enlarged, so all I can do is try and stay limber.
She wants me to walk (of course) and to do stretching exercises with my arms and shoulders to relax the muscles and lessen the chance of injury.
Now all I need to do is get the battery replaced in the pedometer, and set my goals for at least a mile every other day. Walmart early morning will be nice and cool for walking!
Don’t talk about fall when someone’s planning a flight.
Especially now.
