I’d suggest a call to the manufacturer, first. Do you really want the hassle of dealing with a lawyer and, ultimately, ending up with nothing you really want?
I don’t make good decisions these days, so I have to think about this. I sent them an email last night, right after I found it, but probably won’t hear from them until tomorrow.
Bad news on the home front...looks like I’m developing an allergy to Sparkle. I’ve been taking Benedryl to help, and if I have to, I will continue to take it. I usually only take it at night to help me sleep, but now I have to take it if I wake up in the middle of the night because my nose is all stuffy. *sigh*
And of course, during pollen season, I have to take it during the day. Looks like I’ll be buying two bottles a month instead of just one.
