It sounds like you’re forgetting to buy the foods you need to be successful. Can you make a master list, including things like the string cheese, and keep several copies around, including one in the car?
I’ve just been buying for the hypoglycemic diet, and not much for WW. The best results I’ve gotten have been when I’ve eaten the Smart Ones meals along with a salad, but I haven’t been able to buy them the last two paydays. It’s been all I could do to focus on hypoglycemia and the foot surgeries.
And then there’s that other thing we talked about. Making lists is not my forte when my mind is in Stupid Mode.
I will try to get it together asap. It will probably take me a day to get a master list together, anyway. It seems overwhelming at the moment.
