I had leftover skettigets for supper, but I think I need to have something benign for tomorrow... And I have no idea what that might be...

Baked potato with cheese vegetables? We get the carrot-broccoli-cauliflower with cheese sauce in the microwavable package. Kathleen eats all the carrots.
