I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

Thanks, but I shouldn’t have been driving, since the temporary card expired at midnight. But I couldn’t miss this doctor’s appointment, either. The thing is, I know what Henderson police are like, and I seldom ever come up the hill from the freeway at any speed other than the 35 that is posted.
So it’s my own fault, all the way around. I’m just glad the part is in, and that I can take the vehicle to Jerry in the morning. Now, I’m just faced with the registration cost...$84 plus any late fees incurred between now and Friday.
When the officer came back to my truck with no ticket pad, I was hoping it was good news. He did scare me, though!

One of the babies, I think. That’s why Tom and the Mrs. have been so aggressive the last few days: because the little ones are fledging.
Elen says it’s not dead, might just be stuned. She put it in the lettuce garden; maybe it will recover if the cats don’t find it.

I did successfully put a fledgling back into its nest once.
But I, oddly, had interference not from momma bird but from idiot humans.
