I just re-joined FR and I would like to post to my local NC state board but I am not able to. How do I get the ability to do that?

Yes. A lot of places get all in a huff over hot linking.

Queston for your cat people.
My daughter said she came home the other day to see the cat looking under the stove and taking occasional swipes there.
My daughter pulled a toy out.
Should we assume the toy was it or pull the stove out and hunt for mouse holes?

Look for a mouse. You’ll see droppings if you have one.

I’m here. The sun is way above the yardarm, and I feel like I’ve been hit with a truck.
Hey! That could be Sparkle! If the eyes were green...

Do mousies learn when an apartment has a kitty and mark that apartment as “do not enter?”

When you hit back, use a cement mixer.
I’ve never believed in proportionate response.

No, they aren’t that bright. If you have crumbs, you’ll get mice.

Sorry about the truck.
We’ve been to the gym, the bank, the post office, and Walmart.

I just swapped out my winter clothes for summer clothes (It will be almost 80 again today) and my back is killing me. I had to take another half of a pain pill and will sit here quietly until it kicks in. (ARRRGGGGHHHHHHHH!)
Iced coffee sounds good right now, but I only have enough coffee for tomorrow morning. *sigh*
In other news, I lost two pounds.
The wind is blowing up to and over 16 mph, and there are all kinds of leaves and pollen carriers in my patio. While I was swapping clothes, I found some to give away, so since I am calling the thrift store in a while, I will add that to the list of things to be picked up.
They have to know to make sure there is room on the truck.
Sparkle didn’t quite know what to think of what I was doing, but she didn’t panic, which is good. I need to feed her, but I just can’t move right now. Standing and stooping to unpack, then pack and put things on hangers is absolute murder on me.

I won’t tell anyone that when the next major freeze hits the US, it’s your fault.
Or maybe just the southwest. When I change my winter clothes for spring the northeast gets the whammy.
Which explains the snow last Friday. (shhhh)

I still have coats and jackets in the closet and a couple of pairs of long pants, so I’m ready for whatever the desert weather has in store for me. :o]

Good to hedge your bets that way.
I hope making the final swap won’t hurt your back as much.

I’m done with swapping winter clothes for summer. As far as the pain goes, it’s why I have such industrial strength pain pills. I’ve had it all my life, but the older I get, the worse the pain is. It’s just a fact of life for me, but thanks for the sentiments!
