1. Your story sounds bogus. Lemme guess, you actually own the guns, but they’re in your moms name because you’re not allowed to own guns.
2. With no court order or proceedings, there is nothing you *have* to sign from any law enforcement agency.
Odd isn’t it, that the same non-violent offender felons who are prohibited from owning guns are now seeing their voting privileges restored (including violent felons)?
