Ukraine’s parliament 328 – 0 votes to impeach President Yanukovych and call elections for 25 May
Unfortunately 328-0 does not meet the statutorily required number of Rada votes needed to impeach the President as per the Ukrainian constitution. In addition to which these 'votes' were taken under duress with an armed mob surrounding the parliament building threatening violence.
