Like I said, you go to a Jumbo package with 2 TE's and an OL playing the 3rd TE position. According to Pro Football Reference, NFL Teams run the ball 72.8% of the time from the 1-yard line. I imagine there's a reason they do that instead of passing 27.2% of the time.

Sure..except they’d already subbed in and the Pats responded, and they’d already called a timeout. Trying to then put your jumbo package in likely results in a 5 yard penalty from delay of game.
