Yes... I have panels 1 through 727 in that collection. That’s 1972 through about 2005.
I think the first commemorative stamp ‘book’ issued by the USPS was in 1969. So, you’re missing the first 3 issues (69, 70, 71)? The first 3 years are an odd size and they went to the standard 8.5 x 11 size in ‘72 (I think).
