Silly arguments? What am I missing here? I'm standing on a street corner minding my own business, using a golf club as a cane. I didn't swing the golf club at a passing cop car. Cop pulls over, gets out and asks me to set down the golf club.

Do I choose to set down the club or start talking back and arguing with the cop?
