Comcast, customer service is number one! LOL
I assume your comment is based on personal experience.
Time Warner customer service gets blasted here on FR all the time, yet all my experiences with them over the last 20 years have been generally positive.

Time Warner has a monopoly in my immediate area...as agreed upon by the local town authorities.
And in that agreement they have a little deal where the channels you get have nothing to do with the package you agreed to.
So you can have certain channels this month, and next month they vanish.
Nobody read the fine script.
And now nobody wants to do anything about it.

So I don’t have cable.
Better off that way.
