You know they may be thinking it about you, when you're arguing with a customer service representative.
But it's a stretch when you actually see it in writing: "A**hole".
That's what happened to a Spokane, Washington couple after they sparred about their bill with a customer service representative from Comcast. When Ricardo and Lisa Brown got their monthly service bill, the husband's name had been changed from Ricardo Brown to "A**hole Brown."

Our DSL is through frontier.
Twc tried to give us an offer.
Comcast is not available in my immediate area.
Satellite is a possibility.
Of the available options, frontier was the one who made the cut.

I don’t know the details. He had a fall from up around the roof and I guess the cable guy was worried that there was a lawsuit on the way. My friend is a big liberal and didn’t want the guy to lose his job.
It’s a tough call. Do you call the cable company and ask for a bill? That would get the cable guy in trouble and he’d probably lose his job. I wouldn’t call the cable company. But then I wouldn’t get cable. I don’t have a television.
I cancel every chance I get. It’s the only way to get a good price.

Local company contracted out with Frontier, so it was cheaper to cut the middleman out.
