The news reader on the radio this morning said he was “56,000 years old.” He doesn’t look a day older than 5,000 years old.Maybe the newsreader slurred the words "five to six thousand".

Maybe the newsreader slurred the words "five to six thousand". I thought she enunciated pretty clearly, but I guess it's possible.
