I have the XM side of the Sirius/XM radios. Coupled with a Crane transmitter I listen anywhere near my house with a cheap boom-box. See on-line how to boost the Crane’s power.

Also got a car-kit for the XM radio — great for those long trips.

It helps too know that you have to point your antenna at Minn. since the satellite is (roughly) above that state. That is approx due west for me, not toward the equator as I thought. I can’t say if it is the same for Sirius.

I think mine is actually a Sirius/XM radio. I’ve been very happy with it.
