Well, we are sure to get to the bottom of this story, eventually. I’m still doubting that Target could have such a stupid policy. And I speak as a kid who witnessed teachers creating a “dumb row” for slacker students back in the 1960s. I’ve often wonder how those kids got over their humiliation.
