My point exactly. You’d best have more than suspicion before you do this — or you might get sued and/or have consequences like they got in this case. I’d be very careful with a policy like this.
It’s a dreadful policy! You only humiliate a person after it’s been proven that he’s committed a crime. I don’t shop much in Target (there’s not one near me) but if I saw this, it would revolt me and stop me from shopping there in the future.
