Well that’s about 5 or 6 more than my Jeep Cherokee of similar size used to get. So it’s all relative.
I had a 1998 Cherokee XJ 4.0 4x4 auto that got me 19 MPG doing the same commute I have now, and the Honda is getting me about the same (mostly highway, but still plenty of stoplights). It had a better heater and a/c than the Honda. And the horn was the correct note, the Honda sounds gay.
I should have kept the Cherokee. I leaked a bit more, but was a heck of a lot more useful (towing, 4x4, ground clearance).
