Amen! What a lovely prayer!
Please pray that the vent may be removed this morning. They tried last evening. She did fine for about 15 minutes, but became agitated and they had to resume. I was a bit upset that I was not there - I had been told that I could be; that would let me know in advance. They did it 30 minutes after I left, anticipating the end of visiting hours.
They need to see her breathing on her own for an hour.
