No it wasn’t. You didn’t comprehend what I said.
I’m done with this. My time isn’t worth it....
They have Gore there to deal with the “Greenies” and their complaints against Apple.
Apple, being an EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL company gets slammed from all sides ... no matter what position of the political spectrum you’re on.
“Im done with this. My time isnt worth it....”
No argument here.
I’m sure I’ll hear from you for the next 30 years, on Free Republic, that you’re not a naysayer ... in the middle of all your continuing complaints against Apple ... LOL ...
never argue with a Machole
What does this mean?
Macholes = aggressive apple fools that know nothing about computers past what Apple’s marketing department tell them to think...
If “Apple naysayers” weren’t so OBSESSIVE about jumping in on Apple and Mac threads to spew their “naysaying” ... they wouldn’t have any problem, now would they ... :-) ...
Ahhh ... another “Apple naysayer” who can’t help themselves and their OBSESSIVE COMPULSION of jumping in on those Apple threads ... get into “treatment”, it might help!
"It wasn't long before the more business savvy of the duo smelled an opportunity: selling blue boxes. 'Steve Jobs suggested we could sell it for $170 or so, he came up with the price pretty early in there,' Wozniak recalls. Before long the two were peddling blue boxes in the dorms at Berkeley."
"(Jobs) concluded: 'If we hadn't made blue boxes, there would have been no Apple.'"
Personally, I sick and tired of dealing with Mac Pricks.
You are a Mac Prick.
I bought my first Mac in ‘81. Have purchased lots of Macs and PC’s since then.
I currently recommend to my clients that they buy Macs (with Parallels and Windows ‘x.x’) and I’m a Mac Hole in your opinion.
You are an ass.
Not that you will ever admit it, but you most certainly are.
Okay, got it. Thanks for the background. I was thinking that iOS8 had skuomorphism and that Yosemite did away with it, but it sounds like the major change actually came with iOS7. That said, doesn’t Yosemite replace the shelf of icons along the bottom of the desktop, the ones that are rendered with textures and shadows, with simple flat icons? I read a blurb recently by someone who was put off by Yosemite’s “starkness” and I think that was part of what they were reacting to.
It was Steve Jobs’ genius that brought Apple to where it is today. Pretty much across the business world, people recognize that, even to the point where some are afraid of what will happen with Apple “without” Steve Jobs (but that is another issue).
As a graphic designer and part-time GUI designer, I HATE realistic icons, which is pretty much a contradiction in terms. As far as the phone GUI goes, Windows tiles are far superior.
Yeah, I do believe Apple is matching up iOS 7 and 8 with Yosemite, in terms of the user interface look and feel. That’s the way it’s headed.
I'm kinda unclear where you are coming from ;)
please clarify
fwiw - I'm staring at a brand new ip2/cell & having a blast
Thanks man, I appreciate it.
I make my living doing computer consulting - sometime Windows, sometimes Mac.
Depends upon the situation and the budget...
Personally I despise Windows 8.0/8.1... I have several Macs and have an Apple ecosystem in my home and I encourage others to do the same...
Yet I make a disparaging remark about Apple and I get hammered! Very funny!
The Apple guys just don’t get the real world - we don not all live in Californistan, nor do we want to.
Again: Thank, man, I appreciate it!
You are a Mac Prick.
From my perspective, this willingness to abet basic thievery says a lot about his character and motivation.
LOL!
