Well for one thing “the top” was not quite what it has become, and the gentleman hadn’t written his book and gotten famous. At the time he was just another recently-discharged veteran.
It’d be like trying to blame the Cubans or the Mafia if JFK had been shot in Boston in 1946.
Lets cut to the chase, there ain't no "top" that authorized the killing of Kyle nor was there any "top" that ordered the scrubbing of Kyle's alleged killing of two thugs back in 2009........
I'm not surprised that the two individuals I posted those claims to have quietly ignored them..........
I’m sure you’re right.
I'm not trying to make a comparison between the two movies, especially since I haven't yet seen SNIPER, but I observed (and felt) the same reaction at the end of the original version of RED DAWN. My daughter and I walked over a mile home without saying a word, we found the movie so emotional. There are some movies that do that to you.
I'm looking forward to seeing SNIPER.
We are all Americans, this man gave all he had to give, don’t be ashamed,be Proud
Another movie that caused that dead-silent reaction was 2016: Obama’s America. I saw it in the theater and everyone who left the theater was stunned. De’Souza had connected the dots for us and we couldn’t believe what “we” had done to our country.
Or when he claimed he and another person, sent by the govt, shot looters in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina?
My standard is “Twelve O’Clock High”.
The BEST??? Clint COOL-AID!!!
