What the LIVs fail to realize, is that these taxes aren’t designed to bring any more money in to the coffers, it only serves to fleece wealthier people, so the poor people can gloat.
If anyone ever layed out what the Constitution signifies in any of those debates, they would be labeled as
reactionary, radical, heartless and extremist.
