I was thinking, if Burt was smart, since I neglected to mention Harrison signed the drawings, he could have cut them out for sale.

Since he was already having work done, re-sheetrocking, or even opening up the kitchen might have been the cheaper option

I agree. I would have had the entire wall professionally removed and preserved. If he had any patience he could wait 20 or 30 years and then he would make bank. Harrison died in 2001.
