Let me get this right, Roberts is being blackmailed by something that seems to be public knowledge here on FR?

It is not unusual for a SCOTUS Justice to travel another philosophical path after being given great power and lifetime protection from politics.
Whether Roberts went socialist, none of us know with certainty. Seeing that Constitutional politics at the SCOTUS level is a chess match, not checkers, I suspect Roberts gave the liberals a bad hand when making nobamacare a tax. A bad hand that could have been the poison pill called the “Origination Clause” and “Severability” the libs left out of their law, that will ultimately kill nobamacare completely.

Well, the theory is that he broke the law, and that his children could be taken from him at any time because the adoption could simply be pronounced invalid by the proper authorities.
So, it’s not blackmail of a nature that requires secret information. It’s blackmail of the “make him an offer he can’t refuse” variety, according to the theory.
