Papa Johns probably has to have that policy for insurance reasons. I'd like to see them give her a verbal reprimand with a verbal reminder of the policy, and a warning that if she does it again she'll get a written letter of reprimand in her permanent file. Better, they should self-insure.
I’m only about halfway through the comments so far but I like yours. I was at Domino’s, not Papa’s, but similar policy. They’d rather pay a settlement to the family of a dead driver than allow drivers to be armed.
