I’ve made my own Sausage McMuffin’s at home. I also fry two eggs over medium, put them on two slices of toasted bread. Then I put a slice of chedder cheese on each, place two slices of bacon on each, then pop them in the oven until the toast melts. They’re great open-faced sandwiches that I eat with a knife and fork.

A sausage McMuffin with no sausage? :-)

(Although bacon is a welcome addition to any sandwich).

It’s a no brainer to make breakfast sandwiches at home. They freeze well and make for a quick meal on an early run out the door.
