I think I bought a tube of hamburger once. It was gross. Never did that again.

Wal-Mart has hamburger patties made of beef hearts. Ultimate gross-out! Arteries!

If it was 70/30, I didn’t notice. But it probably was.

I know for sure I’ve never seen 70/30 on the packages they make right in the store. 80/20 is the fattiest I’ve seen.

I’m with you. 80/20 is the lowest I have seen in real in-store ground beef. There may be tubes of higher fat meat in Walmart, but really, who buys meat in a tube?

The real conundrum is that with beef you pay more for less fat; whereas with milk you pay more for more fat.
