I don’t think I’ve ever SEEN 70/30 hamburger.

I dont think Ive ever SEEN 70/30 hamburger. It's almost always there ... I, personally, prefer 85/15 for most things. 93/7 may be "healthier", but it makes for some really dry hamburgers.

I dont think Ive ever SEEN 70/30 hamburger. It's only visible before cooking.

My (low-price) grocery store sells 73-27 hamburger for a little bit cheaper.
It's not worth it, unless I'm looking to specifically add fat to a dish. Stuff cooks down to nothing, and pops and spits grease everywhere.
I read the article. Woman sounds difficult. About the only thing that I agreed with her on was the fact that he didn't clean up the shards of a broken glass in the kitchen (that's one of my pet peeves, too).

70/30 Hamburger is “normal” hamburger. If it doesn’t say anything on it, it is 70/30.

I dont think Ive ever SEEN 70/30 hamburger. You probably have, but thought it was some ground meat other than beef. It's rather light colored because of all the fat.
