This was said, I suppose in 1969, only took what 20 years after it was said for it to happen in China. Now life is meaningless there.

I think human life, in China, has been kind of meaningless for hundreds of years. It just might be more meaningless now. OK, if they want to cull the population by 50% or whatever the number, how will they get people to volunteer to be culled?
