Oklahoma is an odd state. We vote Conservative more than any other state. But:

1. You can buy 3.2 beer in a grocery, but no wine, alcohol or regular beer

2. A wine and liquor store cannot sell cold beer, or anything that doesn't contain alcohol - no bottle openers, tonic water, or snacks.

3. Until a few years ago, tattoo shops were illegal

4. You may only own one liquor store

None of those things are against (social) conservatism. Against fiscal conservatism, yes, but not against social.
