Sarah Palin has sparked outrage by posting pictures on Facebook of her son standing on her dog.

I'm sure he was only trying to help you exercise. He probably considered it your lease on life!
Six posts on this thread so far, and not a one of them about the thread topic.
You jumped on the thread to post at me, it’s called stalking, and that is bizarre.
You are full of it. It would not have mattered who had their kid standing on the dog. That is the bottom line.
The reason one can tell that people here are conservatives is that no matter how they felt about it, they never attacked Trig.
I bet you could go to any lib site on the net and you would see some very disturbing and hateful comments about Trig. Enough to make you sick.
You won’t see that here.
My grandkids, (about Trig’s size), do this all the time with my two labs.
The dogs love it!
I hope you bothered to go to that link of the DeGeneres show, and the collection of cute photos of kids standing on dogs.
Of course, DeGeneres isn’t Palin.
Okay, thanks for your insights. It has been very illuminating.
Unfortunately, it seems some folks prefer to frame it as one.
It’s more of a stewardship issue: how am I, as a parent or dog owner, being a good steward of the pet/child The Lord has given me?
:)
An innocent kid can break the neck or back of an old dog without even knowing how it happened.
The relationship between a kid and a dog is sacred...but not fool proof.
I don’t watch Ellen, I guess you do. Were you applauding?
Talk about rambling.
Did you click on the internet link and look at the photos of the kids standing on dogs?
And dogs are good chiropractors aren’t they? They know when they spines are being lovingly damaged...don’t they?
BTW, if I didn’t respect you, I wouldn’t respond to you.
“He is not standing on that dog.”
You should REALLY read the article before posting.
Right you are!
Kudos to you two for performing a much-needed public service.
And both of you with great good humor!
I think that the message of getting around mom and turning the obstacle into a useful thing as Trig wants to get the dishes clean was a political metaphor as well.
What is your mountain...Stone Mountain?
Of course that was what she was doing. In addition to showing everybody her youngest son who she loves.
