two bits of info:

Farook’s wife recently lost a lawsuit against USbank. Here is the link to the case:
Employment discrimination suit
https://www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/5013207/Tatiana_Farook_v_US_Bank_National_Association_et_al

AND

Why would a Health environmentalist be used as a source about banking?

From this open discussion thread, below...
http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2015/12/03/san-bernadino-attack-14-dead-17-injured-motive-debate-still-ongoing-open-discussion/

In the paper linked below Frook’s name is listed twice the in article as a “source”.
Go to “Find” on the tools for the web page to find the 2 instances where he is sourced.

And as I checked that article where his name was used as a source, guess what - it did not come up with another article he had written, but went straight back to the same article.

Farook was heavily involved in demanding that Muslim banking follow strict Sharia Law.
In 2007 he accuses Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOFI) for not mandating Islamic banks and financial institutions to show their compliance with Islamic principles.
“Islamic banking does not solely focus on profit maximization, but also on establishing distributive justice .. the twofold functions of Islamic banks are profit-oriented and social-oriented ... They are socially responsible since they fulfill the collective religious obligation (Farook 2007)*.
*Farook, Syed 2007 “On Corporate Social Responsibility of Islamic Financial Institutions.”Islamic Economic Studies15.1 (July): 31-46.”
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/enhanced/doi/10.1111/jore.12086/

Two paragraphs where his name appears as the source:

Islamic banking does not solely focus on profit maximization, but also on establishing distributive justice (Usmani 2002). In fact, the twofold functions of Islamic banks are profit-oriented and social-oriented (Hasan 2012). They are socially responsible since they fulfill the collective religious obligation (Farook 2007). They can contribute to sustainable economic development, reduction of social inequalities, sustainable use of natural resources, and alleviation of pollution. For example, Islamic banks must screen their investments to be compliant with Islamic law. They should choose projects producing social, cultural, and religious developments. They must avoid any involvement with all contracts that contain any or all of the aforementioned prohibitions. Islamic banks must be motivated by moral objectives and be spurred by a just, fair, and balanced society as proclaimed by Islamic law (Elmelki and Ben Arab 2009).

And

The debt-based financing products of Islamic banks lead to similar economic and social implications compared to conventional financing (Hasan 2012). Mehmet Asutay (2010, 43) criticizes Islamic banks because they prioritize their involvement with markets over services to communities. He argues that they have failed to provide socio-economic developments for the large part of Muslims (Asutay 2008). Furthermore, Mahmoud Amin El-Gamal (2006) notes the failure of Islamic finance to serve the objectives of shariá¾½a. In this regard, Syed Farook (2007) accuses Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOFI) for not mandating Islamic banks and financial institutions to show their compliance with Islamic principles. As a result, there is an increasing divergence between theory and practice in Islamic finance (Barom 2008).

thoughts on #276

#1 Farooq is an activist/ terrorist in for the long haul because they have been working on this for years. Suppose his wife was supposed to get hired at that bank to get on the inside? Plans were foiled, so they took a different route to get revenge.

#2 I think the dismissed lawsuit is what might have triggered them to act out the terrorist plot way in advance (they might have waited) of their original plan because they did not think through the exit plan. Although perhaps that is a non-issue since moslems do things expecting to be killed.

#3 who writes an article that has a source listed as this Farooq and then does not list it in the footnotes?

#4
Why would a Health environmentalist be used as a source about banking? He is using the environmental job as a smokescreen (he is a fraud). His true mission is in the sharia banking sector.

#5 Farooq was a second generation muslim - that means a lot when you are talking about the muslims who are getting jobs in our nuclear industry, universities, and like Farooq; interested in sharia banking.

The massacre at San Bernadino is Confirmed Muslim Terrorist and with ISIS planning to massacre Ten Million Americans, its time for a wakeup call

Snips: So now it is confirmed, this is international terrorism, sophisticated and well planed in advance from help abroad. We are witnessing the story evolve with the typical scenarios we hear from the past Mr. Farook, the F.B.I tells us was an American citizen, and Ms. Malik traveled to the United States together in July 2014, says David Bowdich of the F.B.I. in Los Angeles at a news conference.

But Tashfeen Malik (or even possibly Tashkeen Malik) as some unconfirmed social media reports was not his wife and not the mother of his daughter. His wife was Russian born Tatiana Farook. Malik could possibly be this Russian girl or even might be a newer wife.

But to ensure that the system did its job, Bowdich adds that as a routine matter, to obtain the green card the couple had to prove that their marriage was legitimate, and Ms. Malik had to provide her fingerprints and pass criminal and national security background checks using F.B.I. and Department of Homeland Security databases.

And no matter how this end up, the system failed. And if this is the case, expect thousands (ISIS has a goal of ten million Americans) to be massacred shortly.
