After reading about how rape is no biggie in France I was petrified to have my kid go there on a trip.
I saw England Scotland and Wales 25 years ago and it was fine. Don’t have a clue about now. But I have little to no interest.
Still, there are many places I wouldn’t send my kids on these trips the teachers organize (in exchange for a free trip) because should there be a problem our State Department is totally inept. Les incompetentes.
Before you send anyone or go anywhere outside the US yourself, it’s a good idea to look into the CIA World Factbook. google it.
1—Rape is a heinous crime in France, just like anywhere. Just because some scum there may think its fine dosent change that.
2—The UK, despite the hype, is still perfectly fine and lovely.
3—Do come again.
4—I suppose UK/Irish and European parents are equally concerned about sending our kids to the US.
