Bottom line, never carry a Glock in anything that wasn’t designed specifically for a Glock pistol. Glock designed and marketed holsters completely enclose and protect the trigger and the trigger can’t be pulled as long as it’s in the holster, so the holster is, in effect, the only safety the pistol has. The pistol can’t be fired as long as it’s in its holster, so removing it from the holster is taking it off safety and returning it to its holster is putting it back on safe.

I’ve been carrying Glocks now for over 24 years and I’m comfortable carrying one, but I don’t like being around others who do. I’ve just seen too many accidental discharges with Glocks by people who really don’t know how to safely carry them.
