Ndamukong Suh will pay a steep price for his fancy footwork in Sunday's loss to the Green Bay Packers.
The NFL has suspended the Lions' defensive tackle for one game for stepping on the leg of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the league announced Monday. Suh will not be available for Sunday's NFC wild card game against the Dallas Cowboys.
"You did not respond in the manner of someone who had lost his balance and

Well said.
Dear lord I hate autocorrect and typing on an iPhone. Sorry for all the typo autocorrects. Yes I know I should have checked it before posting. Sorry all
Jesus Christ: You cant impeach Him and He aint gonna resign.
This isn’t the first round of thuggery by this low life.
Don’t worry about it.
Perfectly stated.
I concur!
No, and it won’t be the last.
If you saw the replay and know anything about this idiots history, then one game is a laugh.
He will eventually end someone’s career doing what he does..
Get rid of him! Just like a wife abuser!
I saw the game. It was intentional and he deserves the suspension.
I’m from Michigan, I’ve never heard a nice thing said about this thug. I think the Lions should suspend him for the season and bench him till his contract runs out or sell his contract...whatever they do in this situation. I don’t want this guy on the Detroit team. Disgraceful conduct. He’s a punk.
As a Cowboys fan since the early 90’s (when the family moved to Texas) I am jesting about previous players. Specifically Irvin’s love of cocaine, and Nate Newton’s 200lb pot bust. Then I know a couple of ex-cowboys have been arrested for crimes stemming from smoking crack. I guess if you want current players there is the guy on the practice squad who was convicted of manslaughter for killing his buddy in a DUI, and perhaps Randle had something to drink before he tried to shoplift “guilty black” cologne.
All in all the Cowboys are a pretty clean team so the screw ups tend to stand out, sometimes in an amusing manner.
Not at the end of a play. Sorry. He knew what he did. Apparently the NFL agrees with me on this as well.
The dude is a thug in a uniform and now his team is paying the price this weekend.
We have lots more football thuggery in the age of Obama who gives them “permission” to be this way. When Obama finally leaves in January 2017 I predict a decrease in thuggery in America. Less tolerance for it.
“He stepped on Aaron TWICE. It looked purposeful to me.”
I saw it live, and the bastard took a step back for the second push off. I was convinced when I say it that it was deliberate! Bar him! Period!
Your remarks are just devastating, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to emotionally recover from this.
I don’t know how I can possibly go on. lol
While I don’t condone dirty play, it was only the Packers.
That seems reasonable to me.
The incident did not occur during a play. It occurred after a play. And if it not obvious to you that Suh intentionally stepped on Rodgers then you are either literally blind, or at the very least are blinded by your fanatical support of the Lions.
There are PLENTY of places where you can see the entire incident if you wish to do so. Suh stepped on his leg twice. Not once, followed by a quick step forward to remove his foot, but two slow, deliberate steps - the first put his heel on Rodgers’ leg, the second put his full weight on it. There is no way it was NOT intentional.
Suh is a thug and he should be banned from the NFL.
Okay. That explains the first step. Now please justify the second, when he continued walking backwards and put his full weight on Rodgers’ calf.
I’ll bet it would.
I was thinking the same thing.
