Johnny Manziel threw a party Friday night that was attended by multiple members of the Cleveland Browns, triggering a tumultuous weekend during which several players were punished by the team, according to multiple reports.
The Browns also fined Manziel on Saturday for being late for treatment on his injured hamstring...

Do the Brownies still have signing rights to Milt Plum?
Wow. I remember when I came home and my wife happily told me, “We got Johnny Football”. Looks like we got Joe Charboneau’s curse all over again.
He couldn’t wait till today or next Friday, after the season was over? Not a good first season for Johnny Football. Maybe he learned something.
Maybe when he gets out of prison...
Amazing how in fifteen years they haven’t been able to find even a mediocre but steady starter. I guess good NFL QBs really are that rare.
Oh good grief! What an asinine remark.
Some of the players are 10 years older then JM and responsible for their own behavior!
I just saw “bust” written all over Manziel.
Amen. As a long time San Diego resident & Chargers fan, I believe Ryan Leaf is the worst draft decision the team ever has made. One of the worst all time in the NFL.
Joe Charboneau ended up as the hitting coach for an Independent League team just down the road here.
I was shopping in Ohio over the summer and saw t-shirts....not replica nor authentic jerseys.....cotton T-SHIRTS....with a Browns logo on the front and Manziel’s name and number on the back.
Twenty eight bucks.
I’m sure those folks are really happy with their purchase! /s
Just remember Cleveland had Dennis Kuchinich and Mayor... they know how to pick winners.
Johnny Football? Manziel has as much charisma as a turnip. He has the wimpiest body I’ve ever seen in a football player, he is not good looking, not particularly articulate, and exhibits a basically stupid and vapid lifestyle.
So you’re saying he’s Justin Bieber with shoulder pads.
One thing I like about conservatives bashing Manziel is that nobody can claim it’s race-based.
You're wrong there.
If he bombs in the NFL, he can practice and join the PGA. He's that good at golf...shot a 79 at Pebble Beach
...Johnny Forgotten
I think it's pretty good for a guy who was lucky to play once a month!
